Gary, I have seen this one before, you need to use the Tango format netlist. It provides the necessary netlist format for Protel as they were the same company at one time. Under the format options for Orcad netlist I believe it will show up as "ftango.?" for the appropriate formatter. The output netlist will import into the database and load directly, or it used to.
