Michael. I do that all the time. BUT I had to buy 3rd party software to do it. It is so much better than the gerber generation format because it Acutally verifies the gerbers. I hate to Advertise for Cad Solutions because they did not take care of me when I found a bug in their software and I have found others since, but that is what I use. It cost 1500 dollars US.
