Apologies for the late reply, you could try downloading a server (from
www.qualecad.com)
that will allow you to re-designate selected components in your PCB. The server
has
detailed instructions on setup and use, and it works like a charm.

I know how you can do in Schematics if it can help you,
you can select these parts in schematics and when you annotate all your
project, you check "ignore selected parts" option
