Hi all,
one of our engineers just stumped me with a question regarding using
arcs in a polygon outline. Has anybody ever found a method to better control
arcs when drawing polygon outlines? It seems that you can only get an arc if
you want 90 degrees and it happens to want to put the arc there at that
certain radius. We were looking for some form of better control to specify a
radius or otherwise force arcs under certain instances when it doesn't want
to automatically put the arc in itself. This is obviously complicated by the
fact Protel's arcs are pretty unruly to start with.
I did look for any facility to convert lines and arcs into a polygon
outline but could not find any such facility. I thought that if such a
facility did exist it may be easier to construct complex polygon outlines in
that manner.
Any tips or suggestions?
