Tommy,
        you could select any multilayer hole. Edit the properties to make
global changes, check the plated box on the global changes side of the
window and instantly make all multilayer holes plated. This way you can do
it without finding the individual culprits. If you have multilayer holes
which should not be plated then you can eliminate them using a selection
criteria (select the ones which should not be plated and then set the
selection option to "Different".
