Of course, that was not my idea. My idea was simply that a user panel would 
decide what was a new bug. It would not take any decision-making capacity 
away from Protel but would only determine a narrow issue. Certainly Protel 
might find other uses for such a panel, and so might we, the users.

As to the middle east, are you crazy? :-)
