So this means if you upgrade from P99SE to the new version, you are no longer a
P99SE customer? Therefore if your choice is to upgrade you then recieve the
first 12 months of ATS for free and from then on you have to start paying for
support.
That means all the service packs, add ons, bug fixes for the new "Phoenix"
customers are charged for after the initial 12 months. Just another way the
marketing types have taken over and screwed everyone. Nice one Protel.
