I have a polygon plane that I cannot change, select or delete. The only way I was able to select the polygon plane was to select all on layer and then deselect everything else. The tracks are selected but I am unable to modify, move or delete them. I am using Protel98 PCB. I was thinking of doing a save as ASCII and then manually removing the offending plane.
