It is a great tool for personal use and is a cost effective solution for small size companies I think. I use it quite a bit to keep all my BOMs organized and to generate POs. I have it linked to Protel and it works great. I have never had to deal with multiple engineers working on the same project (read P&V database) at the same time and so have limited experience with P&V in a multi-user environment. Other than that, it is a great tool and I would be loath to part with it. Madhu
