Precision Circuits does my protos. I only have 0.8mm pitch CABGAs but I
use 0.5mm pitch peripheral leaded MLF packages that they've handled OK.
Th limitations are likely to be on vias within the array, and on solder
mask alignment (i.e. ensuring that traces between lands are covered
adequately while the lands are free).
