Thanks to all that replied to my original query. Lintek have quoted and seem to
be able to produce the board. The other special requirements for this board are
the 4/4 thou routing and requirement for manufacturing in AU. The board will be
used for characterising a number of chips and packages will be clamped not
soldered therefore oversized and oval shaped pads have been used.

Anyone know of a PCB manufacturer in AU, capable of handling uBGA packages
using 0.65mm ball pitch?. Morris Productions did one board but have since quit
pcb production.
