Greetings all,
I have recently come across a "free" (money required to remove advertising pop-up) program to generate PDFs. It installs as a printer driver and in the limited time I've been trying it (acouple of days) it seems to work well. Its called PDF995 and can be downloaded from www.pdf995.com I have no affiliation with these people - it turned up in a Google search. This info may be of use to someone.
