The hole size editor has problems with holes that are almost the same size so maybe the Drill Drawing legend does also. The hole size editor problem is something to do with the listbox that displays hole sizes not accepting duplicate strings so when you have two hole sizes which round to the same description in the listbox you only get one or the other. When you edit the hole size there seems to be some matching tolerance and it actually edits both sizes and suddenly the count for that size goes up.
