That will take the part numbers from the BOM in protel, using the reference
designators from the pick and place file and create a text or csv file ?

I simply don't know enough about this type of thing to know if that is
doable.

I need to end up with a pick and place file that has part designators, part
numbers, the mid X & Y coordinates and the rotation. I don't need anything
else.

Thanks for any suggestions.
