Does anyone have any formal assembly instructions for a voltage regulator part in a TO-220 package that lays flat with the three pins are bent 90 degrees and inserted into board and the base on a heat sinking pad secured by a screw and nut? I am curious to weather I should include a prepping distance on the pins fro the assembler? I'm sure each assemblers process might be different as well as my footprint my vary. Any help? Thanks
