Tommy, now you have me confused. I thought Julian answered your question correctly. If I now understand you, to print a BOM/PIK, open the BOM/PIK, under File menu setup printer parameters and then select print under file menu. Same for any other list or text file in P99SE. Some how this answer seems too simple, seems that I probably still don't understand what you want to print. Or is this it? You want to print the structure tree in the Protel DDB file? If this is what you want then there is a menu item that generates a report text file of the structure, I believe it is under the reports menu. Then you can print this text report. Sorry, not at work at the moment so I can't check for the exact command name and location.
