If you only want to use it to stop Protel broadcast traffic you can also
use the ip policies within W2k to block the ports its uses (get info
from ZA before you de-install it)

Did you try the setting sin the ini file to stop the traffic?

If you need it for other purposes I do not know any good freebies for
commercial use. But ZA or Sygate are not that expensive to deploy on one
workstation. Gateways or bridges are a different matter ...........
