I have exchanged numerous .dsn files with a vendor who only has access to OrCAD, and the main problems we had were net label fonts and orientation getting screwed up in the schematics - off-sheet ports would have the label names on top of the symbol, or in a miniscule font. Other than that, the projects, schematics, libraries and PCB's seemed to import into DXP quite well.

I don't know if it works with the latest Capture, but I've imported files originally developed in Capture 7.x with minimal problems.
