I am not quite sure just what I am supposed to be getting here in the mail as an "upgrade" [...]
The Nanoboard is not routinely included in the automatic DXP -> 2004 upgrade. If a user bought or upgraded to DXP after a certain date, I think it may be included, I seem to recall promotional literature to that effect.
The upgrade price from 99SE to DXP has gone to $3495; at the present, for a limited time, I understand that upgrades *do* include the Nanoboard.
