Hi, On our webpage at www.tonerize.com, we use an Ajax request once the page loads to populate a selectbox with brand names (ie HP, Canon, Brother, etc). This selectbox is both on the top left and also in the center right of the page.
On most computers, the Ajax request loads fine and everything is good. However on some computers the request is never even sent, and we can't figure out why. If you view source on the page, the request in question is on line 310. Does anyone have any idea why we're having a problem here? It's not like the request is sent and nothing is sent back.
