Yes, but... If you pick one format for the first element in the hash, you have to follow it through all the way. So if you use camelCase notation for the first rule name, you can't use the quoted name for the second, and vice-versa.
When in doubt, quote them all (names and values) and use the regular CSS name of the style attribute.
