But it already does that. See dragdrop.js for this code in the
Sortable#create method:

    var options_for_droppable = {
      overlap:     options.overlap,
      containment: options.containment,
      tree:        options.tree,
      hoverclass:  options.hoverclass,
      onHover:     Sortable.onHover // <------ Here is where it
happens
    };
