Polo que entendo, un servicio "self-hosted" é aquel que permite
executar/lanzar/xestionar copias de si mesmo.

"Auto aloxados" paréceme bastante descriptivo. Unha alternativa que proporía
sería: "auto xestionados" [non me convence moito].
