Follow-up Comment #7, task #5698 (project pspp):
"What is your plan for documentation (to go in the PSPP manual, I mean; not
internal code documentation)? Would you expect the author to contribute at
least a skeleton, or would you plan to write it yourself, or some
combination?"
Texinfo isn't used much in Statistics departments. I do not expect any
authors who submit code to write the syntax description for PSPP. I expect to
have to do it myself. But I could add a statement in the guidelines asking
authors to add a section to the manual if they can, or to at least send us a
text description of the routine that we can put in the manual.
