Follow-up Comment #14, task #5698 (project pspp):
Jason--I think you can put it on the webpage yourself. As I understand it,
the webpage is maintained in CVS, just like the source tree. As far as I
know, all of us have commit access to the webpage repository.
If you can't figure out how to do it, then let me know and I'll see what I
can do.
