Digi 003

Hello,
Thinking of buying the Digi 003 with included PT LE but I am wondering if
the Digi 003 also works with Logic Pro? In case it will ever be accessible
of course.
The spec sheet talks about two ieee1394a firewire connections, but don't
mention if they are 400 or 800.
        And the different 003 versions are only differences in software and
rack or not right?
