I wouldn't be disclosing anything that couldn't be found on the Internet by 
saying there will be an update to 10.3. I can say that there are improvements 
and several fixes but it won't be on the level of 11. Essentially, since the 
two versions are far enough apart, much of what would be needed to further 
accessibility in 10 as opposed to 11 would be twice the work. Again, there will 
be fixes and improvements to 10.3 but version 11 will be the way to go 
ultimately.
