Well atleast you've got your up grade codes. That's the main thing. But now
I have discovered through my technition why I'm not getting the upgrade
codes. Aparantly who ever is sending the upgrade codes has a bit of trouble
with spelling. Especially with my e-mail address.

I'm not much of an Avid fanboy, but think it's worth pointing out that
they've outsourced student verification, so you're likely fuming at the
wrong people. I had an issue with the serial printed on my activation card
which started the whole verification process, but found avid support to be
pretty quick/thorough, and the verification itself went without a hitch in
way less time than the site said it'd take.
