I'd think, it should. I know in version 10, which is what I run, it
checked. I'm not sure if it'll be a software update thing like all your
other updates, but when you open PT up, it should prompt you, provided you
have an active internet connection.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Chris.

Hi, How does pro tools 11 get updates as I am not sure if the software
updating tool that comes with pro tools 10 will check for pro tools 11
updates or will it? Nick Gawronski

Check Avid's web site. I know Pro Tools isn't officially compatible with
10.9.3. The OS compatibility might very well be an issue for you. I'm not
sure.

Hi, This morning I installed the 10.9.3 update. Before I install
updates is there a way to see if the update is ready for pro tools yet?

Nick, that wouldn't be every update applied, as there is now a 10.9.3.
It just came out a few days ago.

Try switching where the drive and 002 are set up in the chain.
Try plugging the drive into the computer, then run the 002 from the

Folks have seen differing results from that.
Also, regarding spotlight, when you say you disabled spotlight, did
you
mean that you added your drive to the list of exclusions for

makes a huge difference. If this was already covered, I apologize.
