I rang Avid this morning and the lady there registered my pro tools 11, so I went to avid.com logged in and went to my account. Clicked on products I own and pro tools 11.1.3 is there so I clicked on show and downloaded it. So far so good. Then I went to my downloads and opened the pro tools 11.1.3. There were six things inside. pro tools application, alias, documents, drivers and I can’t remember the other things. I opened pro tools application and got the message about it being downloaded from the internet and did I want to open it, and I did. Then the only things on the screen wer, close, minimize, maximize and unknown, and I was stuck. There was nothing about installation anywhere. Can anyone help and tell me where I went wrong please?
