yep, that's all I wanted. I sure wasn't asking them to recode the
thing using development tools that contained accessibility support,
although that would have been awesome of course. (Looking at you as
well cough cough, Fractal Audio cough cough)
All this and the iLok annoyances aside, Slate Digital plug-ins are
amazing! If you want your mixes to have character, they're definitely
the tools for that, but not in an overly obvious way that you quickly tire of.
Keep your ears pealed for Eiosis Air EQ, also coded by Fabrice
Gabriel. It's so transparent you almost think it's not active, at
least when you a/b it with other EQ plug-ins. Almost no pre or
post-ringing. If you want colored results, there are other EQ's for
that. Air EQ is very very clean.
I wish I could say I've actually played with it, since I'm supposedly
part of the beta, but I can't fiddle with it until I get my iLok issue sorted.
Here's an older Nam demo:

Speaking of Eiosis, has anyone ever used their de-esser plug-in? I
have the SPL De-esser here, but have been curious about the Eiosis
one for ages.

Hmmm, annoying. Guessing this isn't a case of him just not having an
instant solution for those tweaks, like, you were asking for those two
extra things to just be exposed to automation right?
