Sounds like they've done some work to expose more stuff to automation, which is great for us. Are those parameters clearly labeled out of interest? Also, is there anything left on your list that we can't do yet with Trigger 2 (aside from needing help with getting the license onto an iLok obviously)? Happy to put some cash down on it if it's usable now. I'm mainly mixing in Reaper at the moment tbh, but when it comes to automatable parameters, they show up similarly across the board more often than not.
