Hi Joe and all, Just a heads up! :) When I went to slates site to grab trigger last Wednesday, on my snow leopard box and saw it was whacked out I called them and had them do a remote TeamViewer QuickSupport session. In the corse of the past 2 days I have made 3 good contacts at slate and literally showed them while doing teemviewer how VO was not seeing their file browser after they assisted with the basic install. I was very shocked to find out that Joe was just about the only contact they had with VoiceOver users!!! I can't emphasize enough how important actually talking by phone is in establishing relationships with in any given company. So heres the phone # for slate and Be professional when chatting & before we know it VoiceOver will be on the "radar screen" tech phone 323-656-2050 ext 1. YMMV Chuck
