Hey Chuck, Good to know that you're getting a good response via phone. I confess, not being in the US I hadn't tried phoning them, but plenty of well written tweets and emails from here have gone unanswered. Joe and Chris Smart are actually the only two people I know of who've gotten responses electronically. Bit weird, but so long as you chaps can fly the flag by phone over on that side of the pond then it'll no doubt end productively at some point.
