Hey Slau and list, ffinally I confirmed that indeed like you wrote that "definitely need to hook up a monitor to a Mac pro. VoiceOver does not behave properly without a monitor attached to the computer. Although, curiously the monitor doesnt need to be turned on, only need to connect on both sides the cable. For the record I connect it through V G A to Thunderbolt adapter, this way the Voice Over performance is amazingly diferent.As without a moniotr is always singing busy busy busy, sometimes stucks, well I need to Force quit.
