Ok. I figured out the problem. I got on with the sweet water tech guy via team viewer, and he pointed out a popup button below the perpetual license that I missed. You have to choose which bundle to upgrade from. Once that was clicked, the downloads showed up for PT 12. Now, if I can just figure out where my free 11 plug is available for download, I’m all set.
