Hi all, I'm having an issue downloading updates to plugins using the Avid Application manager. I am showing several updates, however when I try to activate the "update" UI control nothing happens. In order to activate, I have tried when iLok is connected, and disconnected, to the USB port. The actions I have used to "press" the update button are:
1. vo-space; 2. routing mouse to the "update" text, and clicking with voiceover; 3. Routing keyboard to the "update" control, and then using both space and Enter to try to activate. Nothing happens at all. Has anyone a workaround for this?
