I have placed the files correctly. I load sample tank on instrument track. Voiceover over to where it says factory default. Then select that, and only get the factory default checked. I was wondering if that was the way to load the presets. Got the files from someone I don't know who contacted me by email because they read a post I submitted on the list.

They're found in: Documents/Pro Tools/Plug-in Presets Take a look there and you'll see how the folders have the .TFX files in them. These are the presets that show up in the preset pop-up menu in the Plug-in window.
