If you placed it in the correct folder and it's not showing up, that means the plug-in you have doesn't match the plug-in for which the preset files were created. Two things: 1. Paste a copy of that folder into the drop Box and, 2. With the Plug-in window open, press VO Shift F2 twice, navigate down to the item that says "Plug-in: Sample Tank" and press VO Shift C to copy the last spoken phrase then paste that text into a reply to this message.
