Cool write up. One theme that really jumps out of Tim's piece and the comments, and that has come up on the list, is whether PSHB is intended as a "server to server" protocol or as something (potentially) more general. I think it can be the latter *and at the same time* be simpler, in the sense of 'easier to grok'. But others may have another view point. It would be great to set out a brief 'Roadmap' perhaps in a MOSCOW style: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MoSCoW_Method The Roadmap content, as I see it, consists of: a) BF&BS vision of 1.0, e.g some synopsis of http://docs.google.com/present/view?id=ajd8t6gk4mh2_43g9rpxqrs b) Proposed additions and/or refactorings that have been seriously proposed or where serious proposals are requested.
