I just scanned some blog spot specific blogs and I'm getting pings, but as
you can tell the issue with this kind of technology is there is no way to
measure, you have to find specific instances where there is a new blog post
without notification sent, on a large scale list, it's hard to catch issues
unless you have a backup pull strategy.
