I have not got any notifications from Waleed's test blog, that's after waiting for almost 15 minutes after post submission. I thought it may be the foreign characters in the blog title is causing some bad behavior, so I created another test blog http://ninuatestenglish.blogspot.com/ and sent a new post, but no notifications either...
