I'm glad I wasn't imagining this. This might've been going on for
weeks, but I didn't notice it because we have a backup pulling strategy
that marks hub subscriptions as "failed to deliver" and switches feeds to
old fashioned polling.

Do you depend on PSHB pings only, or do you also pull?
