dear ilham,.. lah gmn bisa tercipta tercipta framework kalo sebelumnya tidak ada prosedur, emang jatuh langsung dr langit gitu,...lagian sebelumnya juga konsultan ISO tidak mengerti apa2 ttg prosedur kliennya, setelah konsultan ISO mengerti dengan prosedur kerja kliennya maka konsultan ISO itu membuat prosedur sendiri sesuai dengan standar internasional dan menciptakan framework,....
