Wah maap nih dr info gosip ttg layanan mypulsa berkembang ke ISO 9000-2001
sy jadi gak enak nih, akhirnya sy tanggung jawab nih utk klarifikasi ke
managemen mypulsa betul gak sih mau sertifikasi ISO 9000, dan mrk sarankan hub
aja PT. Key Solution (Bp. Andre mantan staf di Total Quality) yg selama ini
menangani penataan managemen mutu di mypulsa dan skrg ini udah pd tahap finish
(udah 2x audit internal) dan emang sih utk ISO sendiri trgtng pilihan di
managemen itu sendiri yg mana yg akan di sertifikasi, bs jadi mslah layanan
(costumer service) atau mslh sistem dan tugas PT. Key Solution yg akan
mengarahkan mypulsa utk bs mendapatkan sertifikat tsb, gitu info nya. Dan
memang sih biaya gak sedikit infonya bs sampai 100 jt an (wow) lumayan deh, tp
ya itu konsekuensi utk mau maju dan memberikan layanan yg baik. Monggo kalo dr
tmn2 pemain server mau meniru my pulsa insya Allah bs menjadi pebisnis server
yg mengutamakan pelayanan sebagai ujung tombak perusahaan. Oh
ya bagi yg msh kebingunan bikin laba rugi usaha bisnis pulsa bs jg tuh hub
my pulsa kalo mo bagi2 ilmunya. salam

Sekedar meluruskan, saya bukan konsultan ISO 9000. Tapi yang saya tahu
ISO 9000 memberikan framework, bukan prosedural.

quality system must meet, but does not dictate how they should be met
