Duplicated work :-(
1. A TRANSLATORS_README.TXT is definitely needed to know where translation
process happens. I could not find pulseaudio project on translate.zanata.org
2. I briefly compared my version to the one provided on last comment: I must
admit that it is better than mine :-)
