I don't know, but I don't see why it should. It seems that you have found a workaround for some streaming issues, and presumably you'd like the PulseAudio developers to apply that workaround or fix the issues in some other way. The problem is that we don't understand why the workaround makes things better. I don't have time to investigate this in detail, is there anyone who does?
