Hey Coling,
Thanks for your reply. The file now looks exactly like
'/etc/pulse/default.pa', except for those last two lines. Still, this
doesn't work.
However, I've appended these two lines to /usr/bin/start-pulseaudio-x11
and now it works:

pacmd "`cat $op|tail -n 1`"
pacmd "`cat $op|tail -n 2|head -n 1`"
}}}
($op --> /tmp/.multiseat-sound-seat[0-1].pa)
It's a bit hack-ish, but it works.
