Yes, you read it correctly. I fixed that part because it was really easy
to fix. The other hlaf is harder to fix, because the alsa modules would
need to get a notification whenever the SESSION suspend reason goes away,
so that they can reread the volume data. Unfortunately currently there is
no such notification and adding it takes a little more work.
