If you tell me what you need (and what to do ;) I can provide new debug info from current Ubuntu and PA 0.9.21... Sure, just recreate the same log files: 1. Set log-target = syslog, log-level = debug in /etc/pulse/daemon.conf 2. Reboot (clean boot always preferred to ensure no PA instance is loaded as it should hang around after logout). 3. Login, ensuring volume is nuked, change volume back to 100% with g-v-c, logout. 4. Wait a little while (ideally until PA has died naturally - typically ~20s) 5. Do a "grep pulseaudio /var/log/messages" and filter the timeframe of your test. Then attach the log. You can always have a look at the messages in the log as I did above and see if you see the same patterns.
